Call for awards 2023 – Final Degree and Master’s Projects on Energy Transition
II Edition of the End-of-Degree and Master’s Project Awards
After the success of the first edition and the quality of the works presented, we convene the II Edition of the Awards for Final Degree and Master’s Degree Projects. We want to continue giving our all when it comes to contributing to sustainable development, and that is why we promote teaching in any field related to the energy transition.

Who can apply?
Students of a degree or master’s degree in the areas of Science, Engineering or Architecture, who have defended their Final Degree Project (TFG) or Final Master’s Project (TFM) in the 2022/2023 academic year at any of the public universities Spanish. In addition, to be eligible for the award, the works must address aspects related to the energy transition in any of the CTEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
For the best TFG: A single prize of €2000
For the best TFM: A single prize of €2000
Applications and documentation:
Applications must be submitted through electronic registration of the USC and they will be addressed to the Office of the Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation and Innovation, indicating the following in the subject line: II Prize for Final Degree Projects and Final Master’s Projects for the Energy Transition . It can also be done in person.
- All applications must be accompanied by the following documents:
- A copy of the work in PDF.
- Copy of ID or passport.
- Academic certification with the qualification of the TFG or TFM.
- Authorization to submit the TFG or TFM to anti-plagiarism programs.
- Responsible declaration that the TFG or TFM did not previously obtain any prize in calls from Spanish public universities.
When does the term end?
The deadline for submitting applications for the awards convened by the Genesal Energy Energy Transition Chair ends on October 10, 2023.
The Jury
The jury is made up of the vice-rector for Digital Transformation and Innovation, the director and deputy director of the chair and 3 representatives of Genesal Energy who will be appointed by the director of the Chair. In addition, if deemed appropriate, the management may choose 3 external advisors.
