Siete mujeres con distintos cargos de responsabilidad en la industria energética inauguraron esta mañana en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (USC) el I Seminario Mujeres Stem y Transición Energética: Acelerando el cambio hacia la sostenibilidad, organizado por la Cátedra de Transición Energética Genesal Energy.
El foro “Mujeres STEM y Transición Energética: Acelerando el cambio hacia la sostenibilidad” reunirá el próximo 4 de mayo en la Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (USC) a ocho destacadas profesionales en un programa íntegramente femenino.
El camino hacia modelos energéticos más limpios y sostenibles es imparable y en Genesal Energy avanzamos en esa dirección con la intención de no perder el rumbo. No hay plan B para el planeta. Tenemos muy presente que la transición ecológica es un camino sin retorno y, por eso, gran parte de los proyectos en los que participamos durante 2021 tenían como denominador común la sostenibilidad.
Velar por la calidad del aire ha cobrado una gran importancia a nivel global y Europa no se queda al margen. Por eso, desde hace años la Unión Europa establece límites de emisiones de gases y partículas contaminantes. El Parlamento Europeo y el Consejo Europeo endurecieron en 2016 las restricciones sobre los motores de combustión interna instalados en máquinas móviles no de carretera entre las que también se incluyen los grupos electrógenos.
